The Contest is open only to legal residents age 18 or older in the United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded) ("Entrant"). The Contest begins at 12:00AM Pacific Time ("PT") on July 22, 2020 and ends at 11:59PM PT on August 31, 2020 ("Contest Period"). The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a judging panel. Runner Up Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 10 business days after the Contest entry deadline from among all eligible entries received. The Administrator will notify the potential winners by telephone (if available), email and publication of the names on www.newegg.com following the drawing date.
