Referral Program Terms & Conditions: Referrers will earn a $10 USD Newegg Promotional gift card (the “Promo Code”) when they refer individuals who (i) are new users to Newegg (the “New Customer”); and (ii) redeem a qualifying offer (the “Offer”). Referrers must have a valid California shipping or billing address in order to participate in this Offer. A New Customer will also receive a Promo Code for discount on their first purchase of an order totaling fifty dollars ($50) USD or more (i.e. minimum purchase requirement). A New Customer can refer up to twenty-five (25) new Newegg customers ($250 maximum in Newegg promotional gift cards). New Customers must be California residents with a valid California shipping address in order to use the Promo Code and any additional Newegg promotional gift cards for subsequent referrals. Shipping charges and taxes may apply to discounted and free promotional items, when applicable. If any of the products or content related to this Offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to applicable refund policies. The Promo Code is non-transferable and may not be resold and will expire upon ninety (90) days of issuance. The Promo Code cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
