I've been using this mouse for over 7 years. 1/16/2018 10:39:03 AM

Pros: This is by far the most reliable and durable mouse I could have ever asked for. All of the buttons are amazing and this has been a MUST for me in the world of gaming.

Cons: No cons.

Overall Review: I've dropped and bashed this thing so many times that the left click button is finally failing (7 years later.) So it's time for a new one. I will gladly buy Razer equipment in the future.

Great for MMOs and RTS 4/17/2016 1:24:42 AM

Pros: It works great for MMOs and RTS. It functions as the number pad, so I never had any compatibility issues.

Cons: The only problem with this mouse is that I felt like it didn't last long enough for its price. I died out after 2 years.

Good for WOW 6/3/2015 3:40:53 AM

Pros: Nice size that fits the hand well if you have a medium sized hand. The buttons on the thumb side are awesome for mmorpgs or any other game you use numbers and macros a lot. When i got the hang of it i was able to play wow with one hand.

Cons: after owning it about 8ish months, the L/R buttons started to act up from all the clicking. a friend of mine that is a computer tech that knows how to open these up and fix them said that the micro switches they use go bad very fast. (ihad the same issue with a logitech g9x) the warranty is voided if you open it but it was out any way. There are a lot of people online that have the same issue i had.

Overall Review: I personally like the feel and the thumb buttons but i expect my stuff to last a few years. i would suggest that if you are a heavy gamer, go with a different mouse that doesnt have such high number L/R button failures.

Breaks fast, Company won't RMA 4/15/2015 12:25:20 PM

Pros: None.

Cons: Broke 3 months after buying. Like my naga before this, middle mouse started multi-clicking. RMAd. Broke again a year later. Razer is now refusing to RMA because I've already RMAd once.

Auto fire 9/5/2014 6:53:42 AM

Pros: Buttons all over the GD place. Great for playing MMO's, of course.

Cons: Left click sticks. It took maybe 6 months for this to start happening. It is an incredible nuisance. I hear this is a common problem. Same thing happens with my Razer keyboard, so I think it's a known issue.

Overall Review: For the price, I expected something to last years with no problems. I've bought cheaper mice that have lasted longer. Shop around. A lot of companies make mice like this. Do a little research is all.

Low quality, better choices out there 12/13/2013 3:22:04 AM

Pros: Lots of high end features you expect from a gaming mouse
Price isn't terrible
Cool lighting
Tracks well
Customer service is fast and friendly

Cons: Low quality
If it survives until the two year warranty, it will die soon after
If it doesn't make it to two years, replacement mouse will be junk.
Short warranty for high end mouse
Product is all around a bad value

Overall Review: I went through two of these mice in three years.

The side buttons would no longer bind numbers on the first one and was replaced under Warranty. I received an obviously used 'refurbished' model. It was much more used and worn than the one it replaced. Dirty between the side buttons, left and right buttons had wear and were smooth, mousewheel was worn smooth and had no grip, feet were badly scuffed and scratched. It did not slide as nice as the one it replaced did, which I always used on a mousing surface and was smooth as butter. I envy the person who received my repaired mouse as their replacement. After reading many other reviews, I apparently had received one of the nicer refurbished warranty replacements too...

A little over a year later, the refurbished one began to experience the 'double clicking' problem everyone has. I contacted Razer support, and was told refurbished models only have a 90 DAY!! warranty. I balked at this and was told that this is clearly written on their website. I did not see this information when searching for support, nor did I even realize when I had made the original warranty claim I would be sent a refurbished one. Most other companies that deal with high-end products will reset the warranty period and give you the full warranty with the replacement, which is what I had thought Razer would do.

Although Razer mice come with 2 year warranties, neither mouse lasted 2 years. They did not stand by either mouse, as evidenced by being sent a well worn replacement, and a mere 90 day warranty for the replacement they sent me. The warranty is junk. If you *must* get this mouse, buy the upgrade warranty from whoever you buy it from! They will send you a NEW product, instead of the old junk like Razer will send you.

I am very gentle on my electronics, clean them carefully, and take good care of them, so having this mouse fail on me twice is highly disappointing. Inexpensive, throwaway mice have outlasted two Razer mice. I gamed on a basic, non-gaming Microsoft laser mouse for 7 years, the kind that came out when laser mice first hit the market, and never had any problems with it. My Logitech gaming mouse also outlasted this one, and has a longer warranty. Same price, same features minus the MMO buttons. One Logitech mouse has broken on me, I was immediately sent a brand new one of the latest model, and have had zero problems since.

Although Razer mice are obviously made of poor quality, calculated to only last within the warranty period in order to encourage people to keep buying new mice, I will not buy from them again. I had read about poor quality from Razer, but wanted the side buttons for MMOs. Now that other companies make similar mice, I see no reason to buy Razer again. For the price, it was a bad buy. I expect both performance and QUALITY from a high end mouse I am paying extra for. I feel ripped off.

One extra egg for the features. When it worked, it was a good mouse, but it should have lasted much
