Pros: -Works with old school console game emulators (Atari, Amiga, C64, etc) and even works perfectly with MAME games only requiring 1 fire button.
-Met all my expectations and brought back the excitement to classic games and new life to a number of old school Suncom,Atari,& Commodore joysticks packed away for over 20 years.
Cons: -Does not work with analog devices (eg. Paddles/mouse) since Retrolink only recognizes "digital" 4 way controls with a fire button.
-Limited to 1 fire button emulator games but I knew that since I only intended to use with Atari, Commodore Amiga, and some MAME games. So games requiring more buttons will require to play with keyboard + joystick. (they also makes another connection for sega genesis systems requiring more buttons.)
-Connection sometimes doesn't hook up properly due to being loose, so I apply a small layer of tape around the controller output so the connection is more snug & tight.
Overall Review: Don't hesitate to get this if you own old controllers and desire playing old emulator games without using a keyboard.
Pros: Works with Win994A simulator using Atari joystick on a PC running XP.
