Pros: Makes a perfect loaf of bread. The first couple of times that I used it, the loaves did not turn out so perfect, but it was user error. Yeast is very temperature specific. I use pre-packaged bread mix and the instructions say to use water at an exact temperature and I was not being as exact as the package called for. I went up to the store that I buy the mix at and talked to the Baker and he checked the calibration of my thermometer. It is off by 1 degree, so I know to adjust my water temperature by 1 degree. And I make sure my water is exactly what is specified not off by 5 degrees. Now my loaves are perfect. There are 12 functions, including dough only, jam, sandwich, and cake, in addition to various bread types.
Cons: none found
