What type or size of power supply will fit this case?

The case is tiny but I managed to fit a powersupply with the dimensions 3.39" x 5.51" x 5.91", I did this by installing the power supply very last, connecting everything before screwing the power supply in place. I then tucked the unused cords into the spare optical drive bay. This was a bit of a pain so I would suggest something smaller.

does it have space for an optical drive?

Yes it has space for 2 optical drives. You simply need to pop out the front panels to install a drive into the bay like any other case.

Are there any power or HDD activity LED's for this case?

yes
if you look at you pictures, the HDD and Power lights are right above and below the USB 3.0 port on the front. also you notice inside the case you see the color and white paired cables (yello/white and red/blue/light blue/white) those are for HDD light, PWR light, on/off switch, and reset switch.

Can you remove the drive cages?

There are Riveted to frame.   I can't say for certain if any are shared for the structural integrity of the whole tower.  It looks like 4 rivets are behind front panel and 4 behind side panels.

Does this case support the Hyper 212 Evo?

I would say yes as long as it is not the dual fan. Should be plenty of clearance with single fan cooler.

Does this case have spaces for SSD's?

Not sure what you mean by specs, but there are mounting holes on the inside (bottom) of the case for one. These are nice little cases. I have 3 different models of these Rosewill mini's and all have SSD's in them.

How much does this case weigh? I tried to find a manual at the Rosewill site, but this case is not yet listed. Does it seem sturdy?

Not sure about the weight of the case itself, but the box says 8 lbs. 8 oz. And yes it is a sturdy little case.

How long of a video card will this case support?  I am wanting to put an AMD7950 on an MSI h110m pro vd in it.

I believe because of the 3.5 bays location relative to the MB's Video Slot, it will clear. It's might be tight.
