Eggxpert Review
Pros: Stable voltages even under load. I ran the CFZ750 in a single GPU config and a dual GPU config without issue. This psu chewed through benchmarks and gaming without a complaint. With a semi modular design, it allows you to choose the cables you need. The 20+4 pin main connector, the 4+4 pin ATX/EPS connector and a dual 6+2 pin PCI-Express connector are permanent. A second dual 6+2 pin PCI-Express connector along with 2 SATA power cables and a 4 pin molex connector are all modular. A quiet fan and electronics for just about any type computer. There is a single 120mm fan that stays quiet even when it is spun up. I heard no coil whine or other errant noise from the PSU. Compact sized unit for smaller cases. The CFZ750 is 140mm in length. This gives you more options for case size and style. This is a good value for the money.
Cons: For a unit like this, I cannot think of anything negative to say about the performance. If I had to point anything out it would be that a three warranty is at the lower end for this class of a psu. You can find models with similar features with a 5 year warranty. That being said, I have owned several other Rosewill power supplies and have had no issues with them.
Overall Review: I ran this psu open on my desk for testing and then installed it my case for permanent use. The three year warranty is average but I would have no concerns recommending this power supply. If you are looking to power a 24 core cpu and dual graphics cards, this may not be the psu for you. If you are looking for a psu for your regular gaming rig, I do not think you can go wrong with the Rosewill CFZ750.
