Which way does the air flow? I plan on installing these in somewhat of tight spots and hope to mount them correctly... before installing mobo. Is the intake the side where the sticker is or on the other side?

It's not always a matter of which side the sticker is on. There is an arrow molded onto the side of the fan framework that points in the direction of the airflow. However in this case, the side without the sticker is the intake. The sticker side will blow air onto you.

How loud is this fan?

You'll get what you pay for. This fan is pretty quiet. If you want absolute silence then you'll need to pay a bit more. Its not noticeable when I game and is much quieter than my roommate's rig's fans.

What are the entire dimensions?

The dimensions are 5.5 inches by 5.5 inches by 1 inch.
