Pros: Very stable board, easy setup. Up and running great with dual quad cores and 4GB of RAM.
Cons: Lack of a floppy connect may throw some for a loop. You just have a USB drive to install SATA RAID drivers.
Overall Review: The long boot time as mentioned by the previous reviewer is so the board can run boot diagnostics. This is how a real server board is supposed to boot and is not a con. It improves server stablity and integrity. A server should not be rebooted regularly, so the delay shouldn't happen often.
