Pros: Compact, appears to be durable, large capacity

Cons: Small size makes it easy to lose. Including a lariat would have been convenient.

Overall Review: Would definitely recommend. Probably the best flash drive currently avaialble.

Pros: Fast but has no flashing light.

Cons: No flashing light means you can't tell if it's finished. Very important.

Overall Review: No I wouldn't recommend this product. If I had a do over I would find something comparable with the LCD or LED.

Pros: Benchmarked at 250 mb/sec running on 3.0 usb port.

Cons: Died suddenly after 2.5 months. Pain to get warranty replacement from Samsung.
Update: Samsung made me jump through hoops to return this for a warranty replacement and finally they sent me a cash refund claiming the drive was out of stock. It took me 3 email exchanges and two phone calls, all for a cheap drive that obviously has a high failure rate.

Overall Review: Would be afraid to buy again.

Samsung Flash Drive lasted about 5-10 minutes before giving every USB error under the sun. 12/2/2019 2:46:39 PM

Pros: I spent most of my day looking forward to installing Linux on a new laptop for school. Samsung killed my excitement with a cheap, faulty product. This deal was too good to be true. I am exceptionally frustrated and will be avoiding Samsung USB drives in favor of better known brands.

Cons: * Do not buy this product. It has an extremely limited life-span.
* Quickly became unrecognizable by 2 separate PCs and 5 USB ports.
* Quickly became unable to be formatted.
* Quickly became "Write Protected."
* Quickly became unable to assign a driver letter.
* Windows could not consistently determine disk size.

Overall Review: Stay far away from this product. I do not recommend it and should have been more cautious regarding the silicon lottery and negative reviews. I will be RMA'ing this product and giving Samsung a piece of my mind.

Pros: durable

Cons: was slow as dirt

Overall Review: i bought this a while ago now and never noticed you could review it. i was expecting extremely fast speeds with this drive and was met with extremely slow speeds. i had a usb 2.0 device that was triple the speed. and this was using a 3.1 slot. i tried drivers for my ports and everything i could think of. it was only after i bought another drive form another brand that i realized it was this drive. it got really hot to. i ended up tossing it. wasnt worth the headache of waiting a lifetime to transfer files.
