Pros: 4k, perfect size for my use, colors are good, the built in digital version of the owners manual has all the information you could need for normal, and only slightly abnormal use cases.
Cons: the physical manual that ships with it is garbage. has only the most basic of setup instructions and specs, with a couple safety warnings. I think its insane that "smart" tvs are a thing. A display is and always should be just that... a display. Apps that will probably never be updated, and the ability to have a tv be hijacked into some kind of mining botnet are just ridiculous.
Overall Review: If you are looking for a nice tv/display for your computer, Blu-ray, cable box, whatever, this will work just fine. Make sure your source supports the resolution and refresh rates before buying, since many slightly older models wont. If you want to use the built in apps to do stuff, be aware that the support for those apps will likely end long before the tv breaks, because that's how all smart tv apps are handled.
Pros: -Great Value, Brand name for a budget! -Easy setup out the box, even with 3rd party TV stand. -Sound boost was enough for my small room, no need for external speakers.
Cons: When I added backlight strips I noticed it gives off quite a lot of heat. Not sure if thats normal but its substantially more heat than my last TV. After reading other reviews I did opt for 3 year warranty, which I've never done before, so here hoping! Actual 4k content is sparse, most media is upscaled but I did find a bunch of 2160p movies to try on it.
Overall Review: {null}
Pros: The picture is awesome
Cons: The remote buttons could use some reconfiguring. It is too easy to press the wrong one if it is dark in the room.
Overall Review: Overall it was very easy to set up, and connect to the internet. I was done with all setup in less than 30 minutes
Pros: None really. The fact is Samsung dropped the ball here big time. P.S. In writing the cons below I did realize there was a pro. There was a channel called newsy that was absolutely fantastic. You know when all the opinion is gone the whole of the news is like only 10mins long.
Cons: The interface is so slow that I'm reminded of a computer hung up with adware. The kind where your mouse moves but super slow across the screen. The picture is always refocusing to the point it's annoying. The dam thing is much heavier then it should be. The sound is nothing but sound. I listened to Walkmans in the 80's with better sound. Connecting to your device and casting was supposed to be all the rage here. Yeah...I call out that crazy. Never in all my life have I had such a hard time connecting a screen to a device. Yeah there are some hidden complications they don't mention. All those supposed free movies and cool shows....not so much. Either you have to create an account with email and the like, AND/OR It's a free trail and they want your credit card info just to get that.
Overall Review: All that money for all that mucky-tech when all you what is a nice sharp TV.. But no! They have to add all the mucky-tech that they know if they do right, would jack up the price well outside what anyone would pay. If you buy this your throwing your money away. You can do better...much much better.
Pros: -The screen is bright (turn off auto bright) -Accurate Colors -Slim -Good sound -Good Picture
Cons: -It had glue from manufacturing -Some pixel brightness is different (you do not notice it from 3 feet away) -1st one was broken with a smudge on the inside and had to ask for another unit -Only has 3 apps, Netflix, Disney Plus, and Apple TV (DON'T LET THE BOX FOOL YOU) -Ads on the menu (why?)
Overall Review: - It needs more quality -I would not buy this TV again, not even for less money -Not recommended
Pros: Easy install and setup
Cons: Remote control could have had the buttons laid out better. The row with the play/pause button needed to be moved up a few rows since most customers will be using this TV for streaming.
Overall Review: Needed a new TV that was in the 43 inch range. I went with this Samsung TV based on past history and reliability that we have had with previous Samsung TVs.
Pros: Easy install and works great
Overall Review: Great
Pros: While it worked it was a good TV. Excellent picture, good sound.
Cons: Smart TV's in general have slow downs the longer they are in use. TV died after only 4 months or so of use. Powers on, then off, then back on, then off, rinse repeat. Luckily I go the warranty for it.
Overall Review: Ask me last week, I would have recommended, but this is the 2nd Samsung TV I bought this year that failed after a few months.
