Will this GPU send both Audio and Video through to my HDTV (via the HDMI port and a HDMI cable)?

i've never tested the hdmi port on this card but i used the dvi and vga ports for dual monitors. i don't know if sound will come out of this card but i assume it probably will. Sorry for not being much help!

Could this one GPU output to two screens? That is my main question/concern.

Yes, I have this GPU is a build I made for my mom. It is not a top of the line graphics card, but it is fully capable of running two monitors. An important note though, is that each monitor will have to run on a different output type; meaning that one will have to be VGA and another DVI, or DVI and another HDMI, ect.

Question 3

Would I be able to plug two of these into a MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS? The card says it uses a PCI-E 2.1x16 interface and the mother board has at least one interface of that speed but i believe the other interface is a PCI-E 2.1x8 and am worried about the second slot not being able to be a proper interface for a second one of these cards.

Also i am using two of these for a multiple monitor setup at church.  For displaying video and powerpoint on tv's, monitors and projectors.  I've had them for months now and i'm satisfied for this application.  For gaming i would go with what mitchell said and get a good single vid card like a 7770 / 7790.

Will this GPU work with a Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU?

Yes, as long as your motherboard has an open PCI-Express x16 slot to accept it, it would work fine with a pentium dual core.  You should also have, approximately, a 400 watt power supply.  It won't perform great in games, but is better than most low end cards.

Is this graphics card compatible with an AMD A10 5800k?

Radon HD 6670... should be. AMD should have a Hybrid Crossfire recommendations/compatibility list posted somewhere at their website for A10 5800K.

Will this card be able to fit into a optiplex 755 minitower? doesn't look it can you recommend one around the same price that will?

If the Dell is an SFF (Small Form Factor), they can only use a half-high card. By examination, this is obviously not a half-high card. So look for a half-high card - Newegg does carry those. I know that some 5450's are half-high, so go look at those first. Problem is that 5450's are not that powerful.
