Can any of the 5000 series of these new cards be used in crossfire?

No, AMD has retired CrossFire.  I think the only option to use more than one GPU is DX12/Vulcan MultiGPU support in a game engine. Sapphire's specs page for the card does not list CrossFire.

Question 2

When I play MHW my temps are running around 81 degrees and hot spot 106-110. No other game gets these kinds of temps. Does your temp get this hot? Suggestions welcome.

I havent tried MHW but i played RE3 and didnt have any issues running the card. I completed the game no problem. Make sure you install the radeon 5700 xt driver from radeon site. Sapphire's software is a bit buggy.

Which is better 2 or 3 fan model?

Enter an answer to this questiondetermine better. It can be very subjective. Having said that, I will ALWAYS choose a three fan card over the sister two fan card. But because my primary focus is on cooling. Better cooling equals better performance. But if you are limited on space inside your case, then a smaller two fan card would be better for you. So you must decide what is important to YOU. Both cards work admirably. And though there may be faster top end cards. The three fan SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon RX 5700 XT really did impress me. For the price, it’s an excellent card..

How do you change the RBG ?

Grab Sapphire’s TRIXX software for Windows from their website. From the software, you can turn the LEDs off, set them to sync with the RGB header so you can mirror other RGB components in your system, or set a custom color or preset effect.

Will the Sapphire 5700XT Nitro fit in a Cooler Master Trooper SE Case?

The case you name is enormous, so yes it will fit. The card is big, but it fit in my mid-tower case no problem, and your case has extra depth (when viewed from the side), so you’ll have a ton of clearance.

Graphics cards can't really utilize the increased lane speed so it shouldn't make any difference. Something that could use increased lane speed is something like the intel optane ssd's but that's not what you're buying.

Unfortunately, no.  AMD does not currently have any graphics cards that support ray tracing.  The forthcoming RX 6000 series GPUs are due to have the feature.
