It stays pretty cool and quiet for me. You can also tweak the fan curve in Radeon driver settings.

What is the difference between this card and the same card with model number 11296-01-20G?

There is no difference. There are two reasons the numbers are different is to prevent "Price matching". This called a retailer specific model and you will be hard pressed to find it other places making price matching impossible. This also allows the retailer to be able to do sale prices more often. A lot of manufactures are doing this for their best retailers. Other items that can have retailer specific models are TVs, computers, laptops, motherboards, cell phones and so on.

My current knowledge when it comes to PC's and PC components is extremely minimal, so please bear with me on this question. My PC is currently using a GeForce GTX 1650, and I'm looking for a solid upgrade without breaking the bank. Is this product a viable upgrade from what I currently have? If not, any reccomendations would be super helpful! Thank you!

Yes, the RX 5600 XT should be a substantial upgrade over a GTX 1650. Depending on the game and resolution, you can expect to see around a 50% or greater increase in FPS. I agree with the previous person as well -- this is about the best price to performance ratio available right now, though I would try to find it closer to three hundred dollars.

Im upgrading from an Rx580. Do I need to uninstall my driver even though they use the same driver?

I am Coming from the same GPU and as far as I can tell, the answer is we are good with the most recent drivers and bios. Radeon Interface should have zero issues recognizing the Rx5600xt and making adjustments.  That being said, this card had bios and driver issues at launch, let me get back to you in a week or so and I will know if it was just a swap or hours of bios and driver updates. I am assuming by now all these cards are shipped the the new stable bios

No.  The new bios (bringing 14Gbs) is already installed.

will this work with i5 4690k intel cpu?

Yes, you should not run into any issue with specific CPUs and this GPU. Your more important considerations are your power supply (including enough connectors, not just watts), making sure you have room in your case, and room on your motherboard.

Will this graphics card run on a PCI express 2.0?

I can't say for sure, but in theory yes. However that is a very old version of PCI express so the performance is half of 3.0. It also likely means you have other older components such as CPU and RAM that will not be able to keep up with the card. All together you will probably not be able to meet the full performance of the card in PCI express 2.0 and you really should upgrade the rest of the computer to at least PCI express 3.0 (as others have said 4.0 isn't necessary yet).

I recently purchased this card, and this weekend will be starting my PC Build. I am building on the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F (WiFi) Motherboard, which has one 1xPCIe 4.0 16 slot, being that this is a PCI Express 4.0 card.  I plan to install the card into this slot (PCI 4) already, so I guess just looking for confirmation? Also, if anyone has any tips/thoughts, feel free to share. Thanks in advance for the feedback/help.

It will work, not sure what confirmation you're looking for, didn't really specify any question. IT also works fine in 3 x 8 ; PCIe4.0 is cool but 100% unnecessary right now - why Intel hasn't adapted it yet.

Do I need a pci express 4 or can I use a 3?

no for the short answer. In fact, the entire Navi based 7nm rx 5000 series GPUs do not utilize PCie gen4 and you will see negligible to Zero performance difference across the entire Series on a PCie gen 3.

Can you run any of the 5600 XT cards in pairs similar to Crossfire?

yes you can go check out the geek seek or something called youtuber on youtube,he dide crossfire of 5600xt sapphire and it beat gtx 2080!!!!
