What's the capacity of this Seagate hard drive?

My NTFS formatted drive is 18.1 Tb. The raw size is the 20Tb as mentioned.

i haven't found anywhere if this new HDD or used or open box, please where to look at to see this HDD's condition?

Newegg will specifically indicate on the Store Page if a product is Open Box, Used, or Refurbished. If not, the product is New. I ordered two of these but returned them and ordered the 24TB versions (ST24000DM001) as they were a better deal at the time. Each of mine were in their sealed static bags, each drive inside of its own "overstuffed" pneumatic pouch, each pouch snugly fitting within its own box, and both boxes inside of the shipping box. I can't offer any more information as I haven't yet put them to use.
