Will this power supply work with a asus p8z77 v motherboard and a EVGA 02G-P4-2765-KR graphics card without any problems?

This PSU will be more than enough for for that setup. This is a very reliable product. definitely worth your money adam.  Also try googleing PSU calculator. they will let you input all of your system hardware and tell you an approximate power supply rating you will need. always try to go a little higher than that.  another thing to remember is that these high quality PSUs sctually threshold are higher that what they say so if you get one thats 50-100 higher thatn your requiremnet kyou will always be okay.

Is it semi or fully modular? The title and description are kinda conflicting.

Semi modular. I know the 24 pin and 8 pin mobo connectors and I think 6+2(its not sitting front of me and I can't remember) are not removable.

The listed specs are conflicting so I'd like to know from those who bought this psu is it the regular m12II 750W or the m12II Evo 750W?

Regular M12II, I don't see Evo anywhere on mine or the packaging.

Will this work with the radon r9 290?

Yes, I am currently using it with a ASUS R9 290 Direct CU II OC. I've been using it for several months without any issues.

Should be fine with that case. If the mobo has a standard 24 pin psu connector should be ok.as well.
