Pros: Quality PSU, well built, trusted name, instillation was a snap just a couple of issues so read below. Everything looks quality from the wire sheathing to the paint job. Nice boxing of the product and it preformed as you would want.

Cons: First and most apparent issue: Its not really a 4 x pci-e. Its two that are split into two making for 4 pci-e connectors. Not four separate wires. The second issue is this PSU is for a mid tower not a full tower. The 4/8 CPU 12 volt wire is just barely long enough to run behind the mother board on my Corsair 550D mid Tower. This would not be long enough for a full tower to run behind the board. The other wires are fine.

Overall Review: Its a great deal on sale, a quality product that would be more then enough to SLI and couple of powerful GPUs.

Pros: Powers up my Intel quad core with sli comfortably . Quiet fan that can be heard only if you put your ears next to it . Quality construction . Ample amount of cables and power for just about any system . Modular design . The plugs are good quality and fit snugly on peripherals . Reliable so far .

Cons: Color scheme . Black is fine but the orange colored label doesn't match anything in my system and most people don't have any orange parts installed either i bet . Wires are not long enough for full sized ATX cases particularly power connectors . I knew this before purchasing . I have a mid tower ATX Cooler Master cm690 . Do not buy if you have a full size tower and then criticize . If you have any other type of case then go for it .

Overall Review: Those who don't know , Seasonic makes power supplies for some of the best companies out there not to mention names . So it's safe to say that these people know how to build power supplies . They always get very good reviews from the pro's all over the internet . This one is my second and the first one never died , it's still going . You won't regret getting this or any other unit form Seasonic .

Overall Review: Corsair HX650 died after 2 years of 24/7 use. Corsair had sent it to me as a warranty replacement for their very first PSU that made it days short of the 5 years of warranty; so I basically got 7 years of Corsiar PSU for about a hundred bucks. Anyway, I replaced it with this Seasonic. Apparently it is an older design, with respect to the internals (i.e., a 'group-regulated' design). It's still, however, a high-quality Seasonic unit. So saying it is older is like saying you have an older BMW. Very nice at the price I got it, but would choose another at its current price point.

Pros: Worked great for just over 3 months, then died.

Cons: RMA is a pain, Shows my serial number as incorrect. no one answers the phone.

Overall Review: I have this power supply powering an i5 3570K on a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H with 8 Gigs of 1600 Mhz Corsair RAM and a GTX 670 FTW edition video card. No problems what so ever.

Cons: Only con (which is small) is that the SATA power plugs are a bit hard to get seated and plugged onto a hard drive. Other than that it is great!

Pros: Excellent for new Z170 motherboards. I installed this on my Corsair 750D case and it fits very good for a big case and its modular. It performs good and the fan is extremely quiet. (10/25/16): Thank you Seasonic for an excellent customer service.

Cons: - After almost 7 months of purchase, my HTPC began to randomly shutdown or reboot, starting to show that the ASUS motherboard activated the power surge protection. I found out that the 12V rail of the PSU was giving between 13.6V - 14.3V, and when the computer goes through stress it shutdowns. Im currently doing the RMA procedures to send it..... UPDATE (10/25/16): It was the motherboard and not the PSU!! When I got the PSU back from RMA, the ASUS motherboard readings were at 20V-22V and still activating the anti-surge protection. Definitely something else was off. Took a voltmeter and measured the 12V side of the sata, atx and PCIe power cables. Everything was giving flat 12.00V. The ASUS Z170A motherboard gives you the option to turn off the anti-surge protection. I turned it off, and everything was working fine. Lesson learned: As a good practice, always have a voltmeter to diagnose PSU problems and never trust fully monitor readings from a motherboard.
