Pros: Efficient, quiet, powerful (34 amps on the 12V rail---408 watts divided by 12 volts for those who don't understand the math), solid rails at all loads, durable, Seasonic quality.

Cons: Only two SATA power leads. No sleeves.

Overall Review: I got this on sale for 7 Jeffersons from NewEgg--thanks guys, what a steal, I feel kinda dirty! Most "2-rail" power supplies are really a single 12V source with 2 sets of leads, which is a good thing because many higher end cards demand high 12V rail amperage. Google for reviews of the @ntec ea500, which is identical (earthpower series is made by seasonic), for all the postive and detailed reviews. This power supply will comfortably run ANY single card and most sli/crossfire rigs. It does have 2 pci-6 plugs, btw.

Pros: This power supply has worked great. I haven't monitored the actual power consumption of the supply, though.

Cons: None that I have noticed

Overall Review: What's there to say about a power supply? Either it works or it doesn't. So far, it has worked great.

Pros: I had a Seasonic 330W PSU and it wasn't giving me enough juice for my new video card. Popped this in and I'm super stable again and can't hear the PSU at all (video card is too loud).

Cons: Not modular.

Pros: I bought a fourth power supply of this SeaSonic model (SS-500ES) and it works well. The first three power supplies I bought are also working great (one running continuously). No problems yet, and there is a 3-year Seasonic warranty, if any occur. Newegg wraps these in bubble wrap for shipping, so they arrive in good condition. The fan runs quieter than my case fan or my Zalman CPU fan, and the supply creates little heat with its 80 percent rated efficiency. There are lots of cables and plenty of connectors.

Cons: These are OEM, and as of 2008, the power cord is not included with this supply, although upon request Newegg sent a short, inadequate cord (Apevia brand) for the last power supply I purchased. Other reviews mention getting these power supplies DOA, so there is some associated FUD. I need one more of these, so I will end up with statistically significant number and find out. The cables are a bit stiff, but for the price they are great.

Pros: Was the easiest things to install in my Cooler Master Centurion 5 case! Quiet. I did not have the same problems as others had with the cabling, maybe because I had more room. I had no trouble finding the connectors I needed, and used a couple plastic ties and rubber bands to secure the unused cables out of the way. There was a power cable in the shipping box among the "peanuts".

Cons: Did not come with screws. I really wish all parts came with the appropriate mounting screws, even OEM. Nothing else bad to say!

Overall Review: My system: GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L, Intel Core 2 duo E6550 CPU, 2 x 1GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 RAM, GeForce 8500GT graphics card, WD Caviar 160GB SATA hard drive, legacy Sony IDE DVR-ROM drive, all in a Cooler Master Centurion 5 case. Powers everything I have just great!

Pros: This power supply is quiet, has plenty of cables and supplies more than enough juice for my current setup.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: It's powering an ASUS p5e-vm, e2140 @ 2.8ghz, 4gb of ram, two hd's, two dvd-rw's with no problem. A HD3850 is soon to come.

Pros: Quiet, inexpensive., capable.

Cons: No modular cabling.

Overall Review: You get what you pay for. For the price its a quiet, stable, capable power supply. 500 watts is more than enough to realistically run nearly any system, unless you've got SLI 8800 Ultras and 10 WD Raptors. Good value.

Pros: I bought a total of five of these SeaSonic model SS-500ES power supplies. All of them are working well, none arrived DOA. No failures yet, but there is a 3-year Seasonic warranty, if any occur. Newegg packed this last power supply exceptionally well with both bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts, along with a (surprise!) power cord. The PS fan runs slower and quieter than my case or Zalman CPU fan, and the supply creates little heat with its 80 percent rated efficiency. If I get really ambitious, I will measure the PS efficiency to confirm this, and let you know. Also, there are lots of cables and plenty of connectors.

Cons: These power supplies are OEM, not retail. More care should be taken during assembly in the factory when routing the wires in the harness between the chassis and the connectors, so the wires do not cross over or tangle with each other. This is a minor issue; the wire routing, in most of the five supplies I bought, was fine.
