ITREPLAY WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ITReplay gives all products we sell a full 90 day warranty. If at any time within 90 days of delivery of the original order, the buyer experiences a functional problem with the item, they are entitled to a full refund or replacement of that item. ITReplay will pay the return shipping (within the U.S.) as well. If the buyer wishes to return the item during the warranty period for any reason other than functionality, we will still offer the buyer a full refund or replacement, however the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. Warranty returns and replacement orders will only be shipped to and from the address on the original order. Item must be packaged by the customer, at the customer's expense, so as to protect it from shipping damage.
Product serial number, as well as, any similar identification numbers, must match to the item originally shipped out. Please leave all stickers attached. If the numbers on the item do not match that item will not be covered under this warranty.
Taking the item(s) outside the U.S. voids all warranty coverage.
ITREPLAY IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO OR FROM: P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO Boxes, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, San Juan, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bajo Nuevo Bank, Navassa Island, Wake Island, any countries outside the United States.
