Only Newegg Marketplace active sellers with Elite Seller Membership selling on Newegg.com, NeweggBusiness.com, and Newegg.ca are eligible for the Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program. Not an Elite seller? Join the Elite Seller program and enable SBN today to start your savings!
What are the benefits or savings offered by the Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program?
- Receive up to 0.5% point discount on commission rates for SBN orders.
- Sellers who are new to SBN will enjoy a one-time 30-day free SBN inventory storage.
- Receive a one-time $1,000 Sponsored Product Ads credit.
Based on your SBN sales performance excluding multi-channel orders, you can save up to $36,000 per year!
When will the Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program start?
The SBN Incentive Program will be effective on 3/1/2021 and sellers who are currently an Elite Seller or who start an Elite Seller membership on or after 3/1/2021 will be eligible for the below SBN incentives:
- All SBN orders received from 3/1/2021 and on will be qualified for up to a 0.5% point discount on commission rates.
- Sellers who newly joined SBN on or after 3/1/2021 will enjoy a one-time, 30-day free SBN inventory storage, and free storage that will expire on the 31st calendar day after the 1st SKU is received in the Newegg warehouse.
- The one-time $1,000 Sponsored Product Ads credit does not have an expiration date.
When and how will I receive my SBN Incentive offering?
All SBN Incentive offerings for qualified seller accounts and SBN orders (excluding multi-channel orders) will be processed within 15 days after each calendar month ends and is credited to your seller account.
Are there any terms and conditions for the Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program?
Yes, Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program Terms and Conditions will be applied and the Newegg Marketplace Seller Agreement is also applied to all seller activities for selling on Newegg.com, NeweggBusiness.com, and Newegg.ca. The SBN Incentive Program Terms and Conditions are considered as part of the current Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Terms and Conditions sellers agree to when enabling the SBN service. Any conflicts between the SBN Terms and Conditions and this SBN Incentive Program Terms and Conditions, this SBN Incentive Program Terms and Conditions will supersede.
When will the Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program end?
Currently, there is no end date for this SBN Incentive Program. However, Newegg has the sole discretion to make interpretations of this program, and Newegg reserves the right to make any changes to this program without prior notice.
Is there any additional discount or saving in addition to Shipped by Newegg (SBN) Incentive Program?
Yes, Elite Sellers also receive discounts on SBN fulfillment fees and Newegg Shipping label service fees:
- Enterprise Sellers will receive 10% off on SBN fulfillment fees and Newegg Shipping Label Service Fee.
- Professional Sellers will receive 5% off on SBN fulfillment fees and Newegg Shipping Label Service Fee.
