Pros: In my haste I reviewed this product wrongly mostly out of spite and anger that it took 11 days to get to me. That on/off button isn't a volume on/off button it's for the mic. However I was fooled by it because It lowers the audio gain a bit when you use it. That's a standard practice on dj mixing consoles as well. My mistake. The headphone bass response is great. The treble if turned all the way up will leave your ears ringing. That's a plus in my book as I can hear what's going on if I pull the headphones down around my neck. The mic response is amazing. I've fallen in love with the uni-directional mic. It's superb. Background noise is almost zero. I do use this for my music production now! Not meant for professional endeavors mind you but for personal remixes etc... Now I do recommend this product openly.

Cons: As a DJ or gamer the extra long cord is welcome however the volume control on the cord gets caught on things too easily allowing for you to rip out the cord. I haven't done it yet but I can see it happening easily for many people. I would rather have those controls on my headphones where they are much more readily accessible and user friendly.

Overall Review: Newegg took 11 days to process my order and ship it. I've ordered a ton of stuff from newegg and this was the first hiccup. I attribute it to paying with paypal this time. There is definitely an issue with the paypal/newegg purchase method and I don't recommend it unless you want your order to be denied and then reprocessed after you inquire to what happened. Newegg did make it up to me by giving me free shipping and a t-shirt. As always neweggs customer service was immaculate when dealing with my issue.

Pros: While it worked, it worked well. Sound quality was "eh". The wires on this unit are extremely small and can easily be destroyed/snagged. These headphones are also not "Circumaural", they do NOT wrap around the ear.

Cons: I owned this headset for a solid two weeks before the microphone failed.. I'm so sick of RMA'ing items lately that I just trashed these. They aren't worthy of regular headphone usage.

Overall Review: I should have looked around for something with a little more quality. Next time, I'll be sure to read more reviews.

Pros: Great sound. The mic only comes to the side of my mouth but it still picks my voice up perfectly even when I'm being quiet. The pieces that actually sit on your ears rotate a little to sit on your ears correctly, it's pretty cool. I've been using these constantly when I'm at my PC and it doesn't seem like anything is about to break. In-line volume and mic control is very nice.

Cons: The ear pieces literally sit on your ears which causes a very small amount of pain if you wear the headset too long, but it's much better than my last pair that tried to cover your ears (and failed).

Overall Review: Definitely the best headset I've owned, will buy again.

Pros: The bass with these headphones is outstanding. My previous headphones (Plantronics Audio .90) had close to the same level of bass but it lacked the clarity that these offer. I have so much cable that I keep some of it wrapped up, its always better to have too much than not enough. The microphone is extremley clear and not in the way at all.

Cons: The only cons I can think of is that the adjustment part of the headband on the right side feels looser than the left side. I previously had these before and a corner of the headband padding came loose but that was fixed quite easily with a little bit of super glue.

Overall Review: I broke my first pair of these over a year ago by tripping on the wire (it was my own fault, no fault of the product). I was skeptical about buying a second pair after my Audio .90's died but decided to anyway. I must say Sennheiser has drastically improved them from a year ago. The headband is now MUCH looser unlike the old ones that felt like I had a vise grip on my head. I also was plesantly suprised that these came with a windsock for the microphone (the others did not). The windsock makes a huge difference in microphone clarity. This is definetly the best headset I have owned so far.

Pros: Still working! Still sound amazing! Still use them in fps.. No complaints whatsoever

Cons: For those about to rock, I would not recommend these. Though the sound is good for online and MMO gaming. I wouldn't recommend it for just jamming to.

Overall Review: I bought one for my buddy's girlfriend who plays WOW with him. She loved it so much that many of her guildies, including my buddy, decided to change up to it.

Pros: Nice bass response, good mids, and crisp highs! What else could you want from a headset? It's equally adept at playing games or listening to music. Great microphone as well.

Cons: I could always wish for lower prices :).

Overall Review: Best headset I've owned ... definitely better than similarly priced logitech headphones i had that went bad.

Pros: Very comfortable, nice sound, really good bass, good quality mic, and all in all a really good buy
