does this card work on my logitek z313 2.1 two speaker system?

It's not really designed for that. If you're looking for decent audio, you need more speakers, any, IMHO.

Will this work with windows 10?

And will i have to update the bios for it to read on my Gigabyte b75m-3dh?

I couldn't get it to stay loaded on windows 7.  Had to keep reloading the program - it's in the trash now.

Is this compatible with Windows 7 64 bit? I have an HP XW4600 Workstation with dual CPU's.

The box lists Windows Vista, 7, and 8 (both 32- and 64-bit versions for all).

Processor requirement is "Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD equivalent processor; 2.2 GHz or faster recommended".

Great sound, IMHO.

Prior to installing, remove the old sound card or disable the on-board sound in the BIOS; Windows does not like multiple sound processors, which is probably why there are so many complaints with sound card installations.

How do I know which sound card to but that would work with my computer?

Depends on your motherboard. They either insert in a PCI slot or a smaller PCI express 1 slot. Make sure your motherboard has at least one slot. Also check whether  your operating system is compatible with your card. Most on board sound these days may be superior to what your are thinking of purchasing.

I have had great results with the creative labs cards. The Creative Sound Blaster Z 70SB150200000 5.1 Channels 24-bit PCI Express 1 slot card is selling for a ridiculous price of 55 bucks at the moment. I would buy it . Spend the extra money and you will not regret it. Again check operating system compatibility in the spec sheet before purchase.
