Forward Sweep Fan BladesThe exotic fan blade design has nearly twice the surface area per fin than most conventional fans, allowing far more air to be pushed per revolution than fans without the unique forward sweep blade design.
Smaller Domed Motor ShapeiXtrema Pro Quiet Fans feature a motor size smaller than other fans, maximizing the lateral area to facilitate airflow movement. Not only is this dead space reduced, a domed top allows for better aerodynamics and therefore, reduced air turbulence.
Hybrid Motor Bearing SystemBall bearings are prone to vibration causing too much noise. Sleeve bearings have a short lifespan. With the use of harder materials for the bearings and larger lubricant capacity, longer life and minimal vibration can be achieved.
