Pros: Working as it should. I like how it can be mounted in either orientation. Having modular cables was a must for me and this PS delivers. Even the ATX connector can be removed which is nice during the install. Overall clean finish, feels like a high end PS at relatively low cost.

Cons: The cables can be hard to disconnect sometimes, especially after the PS is installed in your case. This could cause you to get your knuckles banged up.

Overall Review: Bought it, stored it, then it was dead when I needed it. Past warranty and I recycled it. Bummer.

Pros: My case seats the primary 3.5 drive bay(seats 3 drives) adjacent to the PSU. Any PSU with a side mounted fan would be blowing hot air directly into the drive bays. I bought this PSU specifically because it could easily handle my SLI and stack of drives while blowing all the air out the rear mounted fan. This has run like a champ since 2008. I now have SLI GTX460's and have had 4 internal drives + 1-2 external drives powered by it concurrently at many times in an overclocked system.

Cons: Agree with above that some of the big cables are a bit too stiff.

Pros: The PSU suited my needs perfectly in every way, up until it broke. The modular cable design was a quite nice plus, and made keeping wire clutter down extremely easy. It's pretty good value for the money, as well.

Cons: After approximately one year, the PSU broke.

Pros: Modular plugs are a great idea. Stable voltage. Testing the make/model for future system builds.

Cons: I thought I had the loose cables issue behind me but it was not so. Booted the system up last night and all I got for my effort was one long beep and three short beeps. Verfied the code. No VGA. Played around with the video plugs, the video card seating, the monitor, no fix. Finally realized the 6-pin plug into the power supply was loose that feeds the video card. No reasonable amount of force will make it lock into place. While trying to secure this plug, the 20-pin main mobo cable came loose again. Now I will need to take the power supply out of the case to try to resecure it. Using epoxy this time. Hopefully this will hold.

Overall Review: Poor implementation. I will find a different power solution when building new i7 systems for myself and friends later this year or next. I need reliability so I don't have to spend a lot of extra time, angst and effort servicing systems I build-to-order for others. I like the modular plugs so I will be looking at other brands that offer this feature.

Pros: Modular cables. Now you don't have to have extra unruly octopus tentacles inside of your case. Fairly quiet, smooth power while monitored.

Cons: Some have stated issues with loose cables. I sort of had that issue myself. Once the PS is mounted, I had difficulty putting enough pressure on the modular plugs at the right angle to get them to lock in place. Particularly hard was the 20-pin main mobo supply cable. My solution was to connect all of the needed cables BEFORE putting it into the case. Once locked in, no more loose cable problems. Yes, as others have mentioned, some of the larger diameter cables are a bit too stiff.

Overall Review: Didn't find but one 6-pin PCI-E connector in the box with 2 plugs on it. Many larger video cards now need 2, preferably from separate rails. This wouldn't be adequate for a system running Crossfire.
