Pros: Originally bought as a PSU for a rebuild of Mom's PC (Dell Dimension mobo went, so I took the remaining parts and added a new mobo/PSU/case). Then, when I upgraded from P4 Northwood-C to a Celeron DC, turns out the new mobo required a 24-pin PSU, so I swapped PSUs (her case now has my Antec SmartPower 400), and I now have this. In addition to the Celly DC (in an ASUS P5N-EM HDMI), I also have two HDs (Maxtor 6LS 200 GB SATA/WD Caviar 40 GB PATA), one DVD burner (Lite-ON LDW-411S), HIS Radeon HD3450 PCIe, ATI HDTV Wonder, Sound Blaster X-FI XtremeGamer, Windows Vista Ultimate x64. No 6-pin PCIe cable, but then I don't need one. Does have a single SATA cable (I had SATA power adapters, since the Antec had no SATA power cables), so I can add more SATA devices (I have two unused molexes).
Cons: Amazingly, none. (I actually expected to have some.)
Overall Review: A nice budget PSU for light work.
