Will this product work with my Dell "Latitude" Ultrabook?

I believe it will work with any notebook that has a USB port.  My wife is using it with HP Ultrabook running Windows 8 and MS Office 2007. It runs like a charm.

Question 2

Does this product have a feature to play an imbedded video clip within a powerpoint presentation?  I set my laptop to play clips using Windows Media Player.  I need to remotely start a clip when I get to that particular slide in the slide deck.

All Presenters are really USB Keybaords with just a few keys.  The "Next/Right" button to be compatible with MS PowerPoint must map to N, ENTER, PAGE DOWN, RIGHT ARROW, DOWN ARROW, or SPACEBAR.    Tagrus could have picked any one of those.

Does anyone have the KeyMap for this device?

If you own this exact unit, could you open notepad and find out? 
Each presenter is model is different and can easily use different keys.

Targus Tech/customer support does not but is trying to find it for me.  The Map is important if you want to use the Presenter with any other program. like say Adobe Reader (which can use all the same keys except for 'N', so it will work If its not 'N').  Similarly Back/Prev/left  Can't be 'p' or BACKSPACE in adobe, but the rest do work (PAGE UP, LEFT ARROW, UP ARROW)

If you use a programmable remote you may not need the manufacturers map if the software, or device, manufacturer you are trying to use it with has a downloadable program, like Easy Worship.

The laser color is red.

I highly recommend this model. It is a major upgrade from the old Targus presenter.

I'm a high school science teacher and I use it every day during practically every period, and it is very efficient.
