Tayama TCSP-10 Induction Copper Square Pan
The Tayama Copper Square Pan is suitable for cooking on any surface – electric, gas, ceramic, or even induction cooktops. It features a stainless steel induction plate that eliminates hot spots, allowing for fast, even cooking. The pan’s interior is PTFE-, PFOS- and PFOA-free, and features ceramic-tech non-stick coating for easy cleanup. The tightfitting glass lids help seal in flavors and nutrients, and allow you to monitor the cooking progress of your meal directly.
