Pros: It does exactly what it says it does. Just loaded the 3200 XMP profile in the bios and we were off to the races. I have used this in two system builds. Worked perfectly.

Overall Review: This worked perfectly with 1600AF and 3600 builds. 3200 speeds and it don't look terrible either.
