Is thermal paste included?

I do not recall if it was. BTW I use arctic silver 5 though with any build. No use trying the stock paste on an expensive build, kinda defeats the purpose. Just my humble opinion.

The ad states that this fits LGA 1200, but the last review says it doesn't.  Can you clarify please?

I'm not sure if it fits the LGA 1200. But it definitely fits an LGA1151 MOBO.

Question 3

Will this keep an i5-9600 cool enough?

Yes. As long as you have used the thermal paste correctly for the heat transfer, and you don't block airflow, and you don't over clock too much, this will keep the processor cool. I use a core i7-7700 without over clocking but running heavy programs and have no problems. I recommend this fan for not just performance, but for saving space and running quietly.

Question 4

How tight do you tighten the screws?  Do you tighten them until they stop/bottom?

All the way, but don't torque them down hard. The springs are there to keep the screws from loosening over time and ensuring constant pressure on the CPU.

Question 5

Would this work in a mineral oil submerged system?

Not sure anyone has. Might be worth testing, but obviously the amount of people building those types of systems are few and far between.
