Question 1

I would like to know if I can plug this case into 110V or 220V?  I need a case that can handle either voltage.

I'll check when I get home and let you know. But just FYI, having purchased this case, that power supply is your bottle neck on pretty much anything, only 10 amps on the main +12V rail. I tried multiple GPUs in it and nothing above a GeForce 210 would post correctly, and by correctly I mean in a valid amount of time (GT 630 took FIVE minutes to post with an SSD, 210 took 15 seconds with the same SSD). If you plan on going onboard graphics though it will work fine. Also the USB 3 cable is almost 2 feet long for some reason.

Question 2

Does the power supply require the CPU connector to be plugged in? In other words, is it compatible with very low power J1900 Celerons and such?

There's no reason for that to be the case with any power supply I've ever used. My miners all use two CPUs, one of which is not connected to any CPU power input.

+3.3V/13A  +5V/14A  +12V/10A   -12V/0.3V  +5VSB/2.0A

Connectors - 3 x SATA Power, 1 x Mini SATA Power for Slim line Optical Drive, 20+4 Mainboard connector, 4 Pin CPU Power   NO 4 pin molex.

Question 4

Can someone measure how much room there is for the PCIe expansion card?

This case seems almost made for the XFX  R7-250 low profile dual slot graphics card.

However, the specs are a little off:

Case specs (on Thermaltake's website):  Max PCIe length is 172mm (or 6.77").

Card specs:  6.9" (or 175.2mm) x 2.7" x .55"

Can someone measure to see what the actual clearance is for card length?  I'm thinking there is usually a little extra space beyond the manufacturer spec, and I only need a few extra millimeters.
