Overall Review: Overall this is a fantastic computer, runs games quite well. While the vent placement is a bit annoying, a little forethought will keep the computer from getting to warm.

Pros: As with everything there is always better, but this laptop does the job. -All my steam games run very well on medium to high settings at native resolution. (1366x768) -Lets me play RACE 07 on the 50 in. but of course with lowered settings. -Borderlands at native resolution is beautiful and very playable, along with: -Half-Life 2 Engine -Borderlands -Call of Duty 4 -Bioshock #-231 GB hard drive is just fine with the SSH at home. Windows 7 x64 is much better than vista in my eyes. Dual-boots just like any computer would. 3-D hard drive emulation via internal accelerometer is neato for sure.

Cons: Like anything could be better -5400 rpm vs 7200 rpm hard drive -Geforce GT 230m = 9600GSO -I usually got 2 hours almost on the dot playing games, and around 2:20 or so playing music or browsing. Didn't seem to matter much what was running, even with eco turned on, but I did not do extensive testing.

Overall Review: I'd like to know the correlations between high power and quicker load times, and low power with longer load times. Dim the display, unless you think you need it that bright. Who cares about fingerprints, really? Trying to impress someone?

Pros: 1.) Beast of a computer 2.) HDMI output is great for things like Netflix 3.) Great repair turn-around time

Cons: 1.) Bloatware is annoying though uninstallable and there is no way to install just a clean Windows 7 without using your own copy. 2.) Wireless card failed and needed replacement 3.) No Bluetooth

Overall Review: After owning the laptop for about 3 weeks, my wireless card stopped working and I had to send it in to get it fixed. Sent the computer out and had it back with working wireless in about 8 days free of charge from Toshiba. Fingerprints aren't really that big of a deal. Also, full keyboard is nice but takes some getting used to Overall I'm very happy even with the hardware failure and would buy it again

Pros: This is a great computer! I purchased it mainly for the graphics card and so far, I haven't been disappointed. It plays Modern Warfare 2 like a champ. Actually, most any game I throw at it, it can handle with a great frame rate after just a little bit of fidgeting with the settings. Crysis test came out to be around high to mid settings on 1024 x 768 with a fairly comfortable frame rate. Aside from gaming, it's also fantastic for menial tasks such as word processing and browsing the internet. With four gigs of ram, running on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 allows me to do all sorts of multitasking. Has a great start up time as well.

Cons: The only minor issue I have has already been mentioned with the glossy keyboard. I liked it at first because it looked cool, but as my fingers started to slip around, I became a little displeased. In the end though, I got used to it and now doesn't like such a big issue. Also runs a little hot when gaming, but honestly, I just don't put it on my lap and it's not a big deal.

Overall Review: This is a great deal! For the price you get a great computer with a beautiful, bright, widescreen display, a great graphics card and surprisingly powerful speakers.

Cons: 1. Gets bit warm, but not hot or heats up 2. Memory slot should be on side instead of front 3. Harman kardons don't have bass like Qosmio series has 4. Power plug on right instead of back 5. Fan vent on the left side, pain when on your lap as you can feel hot on your leg

Overall Review: Overall, this is a great notebook to do everything you want to do for a great price, tax free, and free shipping when possible. You'll spend much more, with tax, and shipping if you buy from retailer and you'll get a usual intel integrated video card. Buy from newegg, you won't regret it.

Pros: Display is beautiful. Really good transfer rates. Can game like a pro. Plays Mirror's Edge, WoW, HL2, Portal in the highest quality. Windows 7. Has Num Pad. Cool default features like Eco Power which uses the lowest settings possible and saves your energy. Speakers are okay at quite settings. Graphics card is really good. (1gb DDR3!!) Core Duo 2. (Works beautifully, and really, you don't need a processor better than this. It works for what you need it for.) You easily delete all the extra Toshiba programs, IF YOU LIKE. I kept most of them because they are nice to have, like the video sidebar. (Though it's a little annoying at first. I put mine on the right side just under where the menu bars and exit button would be. (Since I never use the scroll bar, I put my mouse on the left side and use the scroll wheel. It's habit I formed; It suits me nice.)) Small HDD. When I got this, I thought it would be practical, but now i see that I'm already using half of the memory

Cons: ANNOYING BEEP WHEN USING THE MOVIE BUTTONS! (You can turn them off, so really it's not a big deal. To turn them off go to Control Panel>Sounds>Right Click Speakers>Properties>Levels>PC Beep. I found if you turn it all the way off your experience will drastically improve. The volume buttons on the top are handy, but they only go up and down by 2%. So they are not a useful on the desktop, but in games they are nice. I'm sure there is way to change it but, alas I have not found any such thing thus far. Battery life BLOWS. Get the upgrade. I hear you can go up to 5 hours of use. Granted, if you use this to game, I'm sure you won't need to have that extra power, because you'll be inside most of the time next to a wall with power. I got the free carrying case. It feels to closed in, and I can barely put my mouse and charger in there. Though, it was free and it saved me 20$. Small HDD. When I got this, I thought it would be practical, but now i see that it's not.

Overall Review: The pros most definitely out weigh the cons. Buy this laptop if you are a gamer, use Photoshop, download lots of stuff,and have an agenda of epic proportions. I'm an avid user of PC's and I can praise the time and energy put into this specific laptop.

Pros: This is a beautifully performing laptop with a great graphics card. I can run Halo 2 full quality (that is the only game I have installed as of now). Gorgeous image when extended via HDMI to my 52" tv. It has a fast wlan card; it connects in only a few seconds. The boot speed is great. The speakers are very nice. There was not too much bloatware. It has a number pad.

Cons: Speakers squeal while booting. The touch button shortcuts beep really loudly. HUGE mousepad buttons are hard to miss. (only a con because they are ugly, but it could also be a pro) Hard drive could be bigger, but you can buy an external drive. That is why they have an eSATA port.

Overall Review: Newegg processed my order and had it shipped within the hour. UPS delivered right on time. Don't let the cons scare you, this is definitely a great computer. The price is great for the quality. Windows 7 feels strange; it is very boxy. It is ugly, however it is efficient. I changed the look to an appearance that was similar to xp. I read that you can't remove aero, this is wrong, it is just harder to do.

Pros: Very nice graphics Plays games and intense graphic applications with ease. No hardware issues out of the box. Nice for home use, 64-bit OS allows for full use of RAM HDMI port, able to plug into 42" HDTV.

Cons: 250 GB 5400 RPM hard drive Bloatware such as, norton garbage scan, wild tangent games, M$ Works, M$ office Power Point Reader, and various Toshiba useless apps.

Overall Review: When I bought the computer I knew it needed a different hard drive. Purchased a larger (500 GB 7200 rpm) replacement drive and cloned the original drive to the new drive. Other reviewers mentioned the computer being a finger print magnet. It is that and then some, purchased a skin for the outside of the computer and this has helped. Nothing can be done for this on the keyboard and wrist rest. Still getting used to the full keyboard with number pad. Some keys are in different locations as compared to a standard computer/laptop keyboard, DEL, PGUP, PGDN, HOME, END. Not a big deal, but will need to get used to the locations.
