Pros: Nice computer. 64g SSD HD is faster than spindle HD. Windows "Experience" on this machine is rated at 5.7 (out of 7.9 possible). The larger battery that comes standard with this machine is excellent, lasting about 5-7 hours or so.
Cons: Loaded with tons of shareware garbage. SSD is fast, but not as fast as some, I belive this Toshiba SSD is 100 MB/sec write, 150 MB/sec read. Pricey. A little heavy with the larger battery.
Overall Review: I bought this largely for the SSD. I use it (drive C) as OS drive only, and the spindle HD (drive D) for data. This setup works perfectly. I use TrueImage Home 10 without any problems. Windows 7 and all my proggies take about 30gig on the SSD, with all data on spindle drive. This probably wouldn't make a good gaming machine, as the 64g SSD is somewhat limiting, and many games won't let you install onto drive D. Great little laptop, fast boot (23sec, once Windows7 starts; 36 sec counting cmos start, etc.) Nice system if you can afford it. Would have liked to have had 128g SSD, if I could have. Perhaps I can upgrad that in the future.
