I have a Windows 7 system on my desktop and have linked this adapter to the blue-tooth on my hearing aids.
It meets all my expectations for clarity, speech recognition and operating distances.

How many devices can it connect to? (I've seen others say 3 or 7)

I've never been able to connect more than one device at a time with other (different) units.
My computer generally stores the config info for up to 4 devices.

I am using a hearing aid paired with phonak icom. I want to listen music from youtube. Does this bluetooth adopter is compatible to use with a FM transmitter? I have connectivity problem with my PC and
looking for alternative. Thanks in advance.

Hello-
I purchased this item and it works spledidly with my Oticon Bluetooth Streamer.
I purchased it primarily dictating to a document in my Dragon Naturally Speaking program. In instances of listening or recording to the PC, the adapter is perfect for me!

Does this allow bluetooth keyboard to get into and navigate in BIOS?

I would think you may have trouble getting into the BIOS of a MB with the Trendnet, the surest way is direct through USB Keyboard or PS2 Purple connector Keyboard. If you have one, they are getting harder and harder to find. Hope this helps.

will it work with windows 8 and 10?

Unsure about Windows 10 but I don't see why it wouldn't, works just fine on Windows 8. I use it to pair my ps3 controller on Windows 8.

No Windows 8. Only supports Windows Vista/XP/2000/ME/98SE.

Does this product have FCC and ETSI certifications?

The lack of any certifications, if so, might explain the splendid performance of this adapter.
