Pros: Price! Got it for $200 on a Shell Socker deal.
Fit and finish is clean and nice despite being 100% plastic.
Battery life is good.
Cons: No ability to upgrade memory means this slow device will be rapidly obsolete. All plastic exterior is a bit disappointing. Processor is close to adequate but just misses the mark for what you need. Graphics are ok but performance is limited.
Overall Review: I bought this at a cheap price to have a small convenient web browser and video streamer/player. It's really close to being a solid performer in this space but just comes up a little short. 4gb of memory is ok if you have one tab open in chrome but if you try to open a few more you will be waiting on the machine every time you switch tabs. Same thing goes with multitasking. You can have a few things open but when you switch windows you will be on hold as the GPU tries to populate the window. Video playback is alright at 720p but it really depends on the fps. 30 fps is fine but 60 is hit or miss. 1080 p is possible but only at 30 fps max, sometimes. It's hard to comment on the wifi. It seemed adequate but it was hard to tell where the bottleneck was as I was browsing big (lots of data) web pages. If you need a small, relatively light and thin machine at a cheap price this may be good for you. I could see it excelling in a classroom for a student taking notes or as a decent student computer at home or cafe to do work and write papers. Just don't expect a lot. Even with low expectations, I was let down. Considering returning it. This is really only a good purchase if it goes on sale and you are on a strict budget. If you can swing some more dough, go for something a little faster with expandable memory.
