WILL IT WORK WITH WIN 7 64 BIT?

Yes, I'm running Win 7 64-bit Professional and it appeared immediately in the list if devices after installation and power up. No software driver installation was required, or at least Windows must have had its own drivers because it never asked me to load anything. Works fine.

Yes, this Fax modem is compatible with Windows 7.  I purchased & installed one in my HP desktop ~2 years ago and it is still working fine.

This should work in your Dell desktop too, as long as you have the appropriate slot open on the mother board for it.

what software does this modem come with?

The retail box comes with an install disk that supports WIN2000, WINXP. USR has drivers available for older OS. I have not needed
the install disk for WIN7, 32BIT pro.

I have not tried it with windows 10 because the PC I am using will not upgrade to windows 10.  But according to the US Robotics web site it should work with windows 10 and will install with the Windows 10 built in driver.  Good luck.

Is this a Full duplex modem, meaning, does this support voice calls?

Hello Irving,

I bought two of these modems back in 2013 and they are indeed full duplex.  I have had no problems with them since I bought them and I use them hourly to dial remote equipment as well as accessing on-line data.  They share a voice line with my computer so I've made calls while being on-line.  See this info sheet for more.

I'm pretty sure the modem is impartial to which color you want to send the fax in. That would be more dependent on the sender/receivers equipment and the original fax.
