Does this come with rackmount hardware that is unclear? If not, where do I find them ? Can’t seem to find this ok Newegg.

Yes. It comes with the two ears, 8 screws to attach those ears to the switch, and 4 large screws to attach to the rack. I don’t think it comes with cage nuts—all my racks are threaded anyway so I haven’t really paid attention to that.

Does the Ubiquiti US-48 switch have a fan?

Yes, it does have fans but they don't run continuously like they do in some other switches. Once the inside temperature reaches a certain point, they'll kick in.

What type of Network Management Type option is this product. Is It Fully Managed or Intelligent Management?

You will have to look at the specs and see if it does that you need because Fully Managed / Intelligent Management are terms made up by marketing folks. Also you can go to Unifi support chat to get questions answered.

Powerful Enterprise Switch Models
