When in the Cable setting, I can't control the TV On/Off and TV Volume.  The Off button only shuts down the Cable Box (and the Volume button nothing).  Can I control the TV on/off and volume from the Cable setting or do I need to switch back to TV setting (that would be annoying!)?

Use the Punch function to copy the volume commands from TV to all other sources(cable box, DVD, etc. 
use the Macro function to Program the off button under Cable. (TV off, DVD off, etc.). There are no discrete power command for the cable box, so I usually leave the cable box ON all the time.

Can you utilize two of these systems in the same house without having the upstairs change the channel downstairs and vice versa?
