It lights up immediately after you power on the pc, you might have a faulty ram if the ram doesn’t switch one, although I recommend checking it on the msi centre software platform.

many mother boards will say DDR5 up to 5400mhz and OC ram will work at 6000mhz in them just usually at a higher voltage. boot with default settings will get 5400mhz so will need to set EXPO to get a faster DDR5 timings. is harmless
 6000mhz CL30 DDR5 is great for AM5
