Will these work with any cd/dvd deive or only with a bluray disk drive?

Blu-Ray drive or devices are capable of playing Blu-ray, DVD and CDs, Blu-ray Discs.  This also applies to Blu-ray video players which are able to play all discs encoded with video and audio.  Addressing your question, Blu-ray Discs may only be played on a Blu-ray players or Blu-ray (computer) drives. More importantly, Blu-ray Discs may only be recorded using a Blu-ray recorder or drive.

Question 2

What is the media code of these discs? The media code tells you exactly who manufactures the DVD media regardless of brand. Some examples are: Philip R04-000, CMCMAG BA3-000, Ritek BR2-000, et al. It cannot be found on the disc packaging, it must be scanned from an actual disc using a utility like DVDidentifier, ImgBurn, or Nero DiscSpeed.

This disc is HTL technology?

"DVD Identifier" gave the disk description as VERBAT-IMe-000 (at least, it is true for the batch I had...Not sure they are always consistent!). The table of this site (hughsnews.ca/faqs/authoritative-blu-ray-disc-bd-faq/10-compatibility) suggests that it is an "HTL".
