Pros: I've burned well over 200 of these at 16x. Yes they are 1x-8x and 12x compatible, but if you do your homework you can open these badboys to 16x. I havent burnt a coaster yet. I burn them with Poineer 108. All that I've recieved have been MCC003.

Cons: Still havent found a con after a year of usage and OVER 200 burnt without a coaster.

Overall Review: Fixing to get another 100 stack of these.

Pros: Never has an error when burning, and never has an error when playing disks on several types of DVD players.

Pros: after a full spindal of 100 8x i had 2 bad burns one being the fault of my processor the other mine, half way through a 100 of 16x no coasters. highly relable and when on sale you cant go wrong also these burn at 12x w my plextor

Cons: I burned 15 DVDS with 12 failure and 3 success. I use Clone DVD and Roxio software with Plextor PX-708 which is totally compatible. They reported the same "Bad Media". I was amazed by the result and try different DVDs and they worked. There is something wrong.

Pros: I needed some DVD media that would work with several different stand alone players. Since this brand was recommended for my Sony burner I went with these and have seen nothing but success. I've gone through about 75 and got maybe one coaster and I think that was becuase Nero wasn't set right. I plan to stay with these and will purchase 100 more when I'm ready.

Cons: These didn't work well with a Sansui DVD/VCR combo mom & dad had. Solution? Replaced that cheap garbage with a better player. The Sansui broke in less than a year anyway. Heh!

Pros: Burns reliably at 12x all day in my Pi*neer 111-D flashed to Buff*lo 111-L

Cons: None. Burned at 12x playes in every player I've tried so far.

Overall Review: Could care less about special recording dyes. Verbatim seems to be the best I've used.
