Great minitor, brilliant color, easy set-up5/1/2017 12:46:25 PM
Pros: Easy to install (stand clicks into place easily), colors are vibrant, and many different settings to customize what you're viewing.
Cons: The only one I can think of so far (after 2 weeks of use) is the "symbols" corresponding to the on/off, up, down, select, and exit buttons on the underside of the monitor (that let you know what each button is) are just imprinted (as a depression) into the plastic of the monitor's edge. They aren't painted or anything so you have to put a flashlight up to it if you want to see what button you want to push. What I did is painted the "symbols" in white acrylic paint with a tiny brush, then wiped off the excess so the paint stayed in the depression of the symbol. Not too difficult, but would have been nice not to need to do it. Strangely, the excess stained the plastic a tiny bit, but not a big deal and can't be seen unless I'm shining a light on it.
Overall Review: I would recommend this product. I can't comment on its longevity as I've only had it for 2 weeks, but so far it works great. I can't take advantage of the 1920 x 1080 setting for full HD, probably because my desktop is a dinosaur and my video card is old. The only thing I would change is having the symbols for the buttons already painted in white so that you can see them clearly.

Solid Product. Looks great.3/29/2018 1:37:17 PM
Pros: -Easy to use and set up.
-Vesa mountable.
-Comes with plenty of cables.
-Good screen resolution.
-Solid base to support it.
-Picture quality is good - very crisp (probably due to the pixel density of 1080p in only a 19.5" monitor).
Yeah, we might get more of these. They are inexpensive, but work great for a smaller size, 1080p screen for office use.
Cons: -The speakers, but I mean come on...who uses built in speakers in a $90 monitor anyway?
-No hdmi *HOWEVER* - this was for one of our office PCs. Our office PCs are slightly old(er) and many don't even have an hdmi port. Seriously, the computer that this went with is one of those Dell slim optiplexes that we got for free from UPS. So I wasn't looking for hdmi. The nicest thing we can get is DVI here. Most of our monitors only have D-sub anyway, and are 4x3 aspect ratio. But that's beside the point....

Superb quality7/31/2016 4:03:01 PM
Pros: Very sharp contrast, good text quality down to very small fonts, nice dynamic colors.
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: Having used Viewsonic screens for over 20 years now ( first one was a 14" color CRT ), they continue to impress with good quality displays, and usually at a reasonable price as well.
Overall Review: Good quality for low price , thanks for all .

As advertised, no surprises11/5/2020 11:26:26 AM
Pros: - It was exactly as advertised.
Cons: Included a VGA cable but didn't come with a DVI cable. However, that's a hollow complaint as I needed a DVI to DisplayPort cable.
Overall Review: Bought to replace old 1440x900 19" monitor. This is mounted over my ultrawide monitor and acts as a secondary monitor. I use it for teaching via Zoom. My presentation, notes, and video feeds are on the ultrawide display, the participants list and chat window are on the this secondary display. Makes it easier as everything I need is visible at all times.
Great basic screens at a great price4/9/2020 5:58:34 AM
Pros: -easy set up right out of the box
-comes with the connections needed
-great price point
-good size, fits on large at-home desk and the screen size as well as resolution is good for being set up with a universal laptop docking station. i have 2 screens and my laptop, nothing is lost.
Cons: -does come with a stand but it doesn't adjust height wise. we found boxes to sit them on to make them the right height. at this price it's not a deal breaker. just be aware, you pop the screen on and that's it.
Overall Review: -definitely recommend this product. made my transition to working at home doable. they were sold out when i tried to order additional for my husband when he had to transition to work from home. we liked these so much we found the same screens at a different retailer.
