Cons: Included pivot software is intrusive, use video card controls instead. Native resolution is 1280x1024, make sure you pair it with a video card that can pump the visuals you want to see at that resolution (instead of 1024 with FSAA)

Overall Review: THe 17" tft i normally buy was out of stock so i picked up one of these on a lark for a customer. Now i want two of these for my office.

Pros: Crisp, bright picture Highly adjustable stand: height, tilt, pivot, swivel No ghosting with games or videos Zero dead pixels on mine!

Cons: None that I have found yet

Overall Review: Would definitely buy this monitor again. I did not install supplied software, as my video card has it's own screen orientation settings.

Pros: It's reliable - I owned one for 8+ years before the backlight finally went out That's pretty good for an LCD with a CCFL backlight. It's been very dependable. I would definitely buy a viewsonic monitor again.

Overall Review: Lasts way longer than those unreliable gateway/acer lcds.

Pros: No dead pixels. Colors are very accurate. Very bright. No bleeding. Text is sharp. I think its an excellent value for its price. Thanks to Newegg for its excellent service--I ordered this only two days ago. They processed my order in a day and got the monitor to me the next day (even though I only paid for UPS Ground).

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: There is a review for the 19 inch brother of this monitor (VP191s) in TrustedReview. Since that was very good, I deduced that the quality of this monitor should be the same and I was not mistaken.

Pros: -Small -does not take up much space -things just look more clear than on a crt. -does not hurt my eyes

Cons: none that I can think of, I have heard a lot about dead and stuck pixils and had my fingers crossed, but the screen has no flaws at all.

Overall Review: I suffer from a lot of headaches, my old 19 inch crt was like a d**n strobelight.

Pros: good moniter, very clear, nice swivle action but i dont use it.

Cons: I dont know if all LCD moniters do this but, when it projects a black color its not always black but more of a mettallic color around the edge of the screen.

Overall Review: overall great moniter.

Pros: Fast responce, clean look, good cable organization, great for business or for gaming. Ideal size for the front office, and its nice to have a name brand

Overall Review: I'm really happy with this monitor. Own 2 of them and they work great. No dead pixels. Im happy.

Pros: The only honest pro for this item is that I have 4 still working out of the 15 that I have purchased that do not have dead pixels or have been sent back for repairs once or more.

Cons: I can honestly say that I will never purchase from Viewsonic again for monitors or others. I have been given the run-around more than once on this product. I have had to return it sometimes twice b/c the one they shipped me back went bad again. Seems to have a bad nack of just dying or having just enough dead pixels so that its ugly but not enough to send in. Please if its anything you take from this look else where. They have barely made any effort to repair our relationship with them like say sorry for why they would send us two lemons in a row. Good luck to the buyers of this product in the future. I hope you are 1 of the 3 that will recieve one without problems according to my odds.

Overall Review: Buy something to test out, then buy a few more of them before buying the lot of them. We got a good one right off the bat and did not read reviews and had one of the worse buying experience of technology ever in my life.
