Pros: Very well built, sturdy all aluminum black case. Quality looking, not cheap. I think they put together a good value. The control panel and manual is well written. It's got a lot of features but I just do the copy to drive and let it go. It burns 3gig dvd's I have in about 4-5 minutes all 5 pop out at once, pretty good productivity. The readout is easy to see, the status is very quick so you don't sit there wondering.
Cons: The tray covers I believe are for the case, I'd have preferred to leave the original drive bays on but it's fine. The box they recommend you keep for shipping back if a problem.... ITS HUGE! The case has a seal so u can't break it or lose your warranty... I'd like to see the internals on this thing but that's my own beef! :)
Overall Review: The printer I have not tried, I'm not sure if I will use it. It basically is a no brainer when it's free shipping and the std version of this w/o printer is about the same price. Right now I use labels so I'll probably hold off on the printer use. Overall I think you will be pleased with the unit. I've burned about 100 cd-r's and 20 DVD's and no coasters so I think it's pretty good value.
