Warranty
Our 1 year warranty covers defects in quality or issues with original parts for 1 year from date of sale. The warranty does not cover damage due to accident, modification, overclocking, abuse, or other damage. Software issues are not covered as our systems ship with a fresh copy of windows and no aftermarket software.
If the issue is covered under the warranty, buyer pays to ship the computer back to us for repair and the return shipping cost to ship it back to the buyer, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement parts, and labor.

Overall Review: The PC works great and its very reasonably priced I don't know much about computers and had to be walked through setting some things up the customer service team at ViprTech is A+ and for that reason alone I will be a return customer
