I want to replace a router that has a USB printer hooked to it. The old router won't print from Windows 10.  Will this router support printing to a USB printer across the network with windows 10?

Yes it works well with windows 10.  I use it on a Spectrum network of 5 computers (2 of them laptops).
It is the best router I have ever used.

It has a "WAN" port (to connect to your modem).   That is the "internet" port.  It also has four regular ethernet (LAN) ports for connecting your computer to the router with a network cable (wired connection).

How can I attach a hard drive as a network attached storage device?

I haven't been able to try this since my only USB hdd crashed recently, but my understanding is that any kind of USB storage device, whether it's a flash drive, a hard drive, or a smart phone, can be plugged directly into the USB port on the back of the router and it will show up as a NAS device on your network. I also noticed someone complaining about slow speeds with this router. I had the same problem, but there's a simple solution (usually). If you have a CAT5 cable connecting your router to your modem, you will see slow speeds like that (I was only getting about 80 Mbit on a 200 Mbit internet connection). I replaced the CAT5 with the CAT6 cable that was included with the router, and voila, 220 Mbit internet.
