Is this an authentic Apple product made by Apple? What is the color of the speakers inside the phones, black ro silver?

I got them for my 19 year old son. I just looked at them and I don't see any Apple markings, but my son says the look identical to the originals he got with his iPhone. The inside of the speaker looks black to me, or if not, a very very dark grey. He said they work great and sound great. Hope this helps.

Does it work with Iphone 8 plus ?

Yes. It works with any of the iPhones without the 3.5mm headphone jack. It may actually work on all iPhones with a lightning connector.
