Cons: No software included (except drivers disk), only 1 dvi/vga converter.

Overall Review: Purchased card as part of budget gaming rig (3500+, 1 gig Corsair Value Select, etc.). Great performance so far. Runs BF2 (high/medium custom 1280?x960? (one right below 1600X1200) 2aa), HL2 maxed, Doom3 maxed with no problems. Coolbits recomended OC on mine was 590mHz/1.18GHz, which gives about a 14% improvement on 3DMark2005. Runs around 48 C under load OC. Overall, I'm very pleased with this card (considering the price) and with newegg (great shipping).

Pros: Awesome speed improvement in my games from the onboard Radeon X200. Slipped right into my Emachines pc with no problems.

Cons: It's XFX! There are no cons.

Pros: Still works great after its turning a year old! See my SCORES BELOW! Got one a while ago (11 mos), upgraded to a second before this past X-Mas to run in SLI. Both run great! First one still runs like a champ. Never had a problem with either fan. People should realize these are just electronics, and thus are bound to have some quality control issues. I got 2 good ones, some people got a bad one, things happen. These run GREAT in SLI mode! Almost doubled my 3D Mark 05 Scores in SLI mode! I updated to the new driver, and can now switch in and out of SLI without rebooting. Sweet! There are a slew of 'WINDOW' based tricks that this does too (NView) like hide the window in the menu bar, send a window to the next monitor (if you have 2 or 3), span 2 windows, keep on top, etc. Very nice!

Cons: None for this card! Performs great for what it is: a budget entry level SLI PCI Express video card. I will comment on the use of SLI mode, something I was not aware of at first, however this is true for ALL SLI CARDS not just this one. If you are like me, you run more than one monitor on your PC. Herein lies the problem with SLI: While you are in SLI mode, you can only use 1 display. If you disable SLI mode, you can again run on up to 4 monitors with 2 of these cards. Thus the importance of being able to switch in and out of SLI mode without rebooting. Use SLI for gaming, and multi-monitors for development. Not a major issue, and not at all if you only use 1 screen, but something you should be aware of. If multi monitors and high end performance are a must for you, perhaps invest in a 7800 to get the best of both worlds. Otherwise one of these cards is fine, and 2 is great!

Pros: Got this for xmas for a new machine. Plays every game i own perfectly with the exception of F.E.A.R which has stutter in a few spots. As far as noise goes I hear none, mine runs a tad warm at 58c idle and about 80c under load. Shutdown of the core is 145c so I guess that i'snt that warm, I tend to agree with another reviewer that stated "I dont need to see a fluid moving pixel light years away" as I neither care to see a rock on Pluto or want to for that matter. Dunno maybe it's me, but when I game I'm to busy killing to care about viewing a ant walking on the gravel so this card works just fine. Bottom line, need a inexpensive card that will play all games? Get this one, on a ego trip and have to show off or are a hardcore gammer? Get a 7800.. Overall Review: Glad to see XFX dump the house sized giant X shaped boxes. I save the boxes for when it's time to sell and upgrade.

Pros: Low price, good to decent performance for current games, fast clock speeds. Plays all older games flawlessly. Overclocks decently. Great for those on a budget. Quality of card seems just fine. Card isn't huge and power hungry. (no additional power connectors necessary) Gaming aside it handles everything else just fine also.

Cons: In my opinion the fan is really loud. Four 120mm fans in my case running at low rpms and this card's fan is by far the loudest thing in there, not to say it's unbearable but its not quiet. When it comes to gaming it's already showing signs of age. 128MBs of memory really hurts when it comes to current and future games.

Overall Review: If you are a gamer on a really tight budget and don't mind sacrificing pure eye candy for gameplay, this card isn't a bad choice. But if you have the $ I'd say spend a bit more for the 7 series or the 6800GS or the ati equivalents. I dont believe it'd be a great value to put 2 of these into sli mode in the future but I haven't tried so I wouldn't really know what to expect. Pros: Sempron64 2800+ 1.6ghz overclocked to 2.31ghz. 2x512mb PQI power pc3200 abit nv8 thermaltake 430w deathstar 60gb hdd IDE. I own a geforce 6600gt agp from leadtek for half a year now and I needed to replace my mobo and cpu because my old one burned out. So instead of keeping with AGP, i went with PCIE since it's new technology. Other cards are still $200+ so I knew the 6600gt would not disappoint me. If you're looking to play contemporary games like doom3, quake4, battlefield2, call of duty 2, cs:s... then this card is for YOU! For a little over a hundred bucks, this card is the best card for price on the market today. I installed this puppy with a snap of my finger. At first I played games right off the install but then I decided to overclock it a bit. I got the coolbits.reg from nvidia and initially did a detect optimal frequencies. That went well with bf2 and cs but when I tried call of duty 2, I got the snow effect and ultimately crashed my computer.

Cons: Like some others have said, wish this was 256bit and wish this was 256mb. My old 6600gt APG had a power input requirement on it but this XFX doesn't have that. So I dont know if it's more efficient or just not as powerful. Either way, i love both cards equally. Using my agp version in another computer i'm upgrading with another sempron, all purchased from newegg I've been using this card for over a week, with 2-3 hrs of games every day. I haven't heard the fan noise problem everyone has been complaining of so far. loaded temp about 50 degrees. Cons: UPS is much slower than fedex. Took about 5 days for the 3 days shipping.

Overall Review: Now i am running the card at its preset 3d mode(500mhz core and 1ghz memory clock freq) with my overclcoked cpu. I Seriously recommend this card AND brand to everyone who is on a budget for a gaming pc. xfx's DOUBLE life warranty can't be beat! If the fan goes bad, RMA it. If the graphics card die due to overclocking, RMA it. My computer only has the gfx fan, psu fan, and hsf.
