Overall Review: I bought this cooler for a computer for my daughter. I wanted her to recognize that it was a computer built for her, a "girl's computer", and she wanted a sky blue color theme. So yes, bought primarily for looks which I'm pretty sure is the case for everyone looking at this cooler. I just wish the image was brighter, as the other case LEDs drown it out. When the computer is off it looks like a mirror.
I'm not sure how I managed to get the Sakura image to be right side up, whether I just got lucky or if there's something internal that lets it rotate. The installation worked out okay though. There's a metal plate that goes behind the motherboard that you put the long screws through with spacers. Getting the brackets into position around the cooler and screwing in the tensioned thumb nuts was hard. The screws underneath don't have much to grip, just one slightly flat side, and trying to stop them from spinning with a wrench while tightening the nuts down made me wish I had an extra hand. I'm not sure if the thermal compound applied well as a result of that challenge.
The ARGB install had one surprise. Each fan has its own RGB plug and its own power plug. So be prepared to buy a RGB splitter. Fortunately I ordered one for other components that had an extra plug available. This could be a feature if you're wanting your lights to be controlled in sequence.
It runs quiet enough. I can hear the hum of the pump if I listen for it, but not the fans under idle speeds. The CPU has been running at sustained turbo speeds when called to do so, so the cooler is sufficient for my i3-10100F. I feel like it's quality in its construction as well.
Overall I think it was a good buy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants the aesthetic. If looks don't matter to you then there are cheaper options out there which will work just as well.

Looks great, runs well. . .8/27/2021 5:22:58 PM
Pros: It's beautiful. It does its job.
Cons: Slightly loud.
Whoever designed the bracket should be barred from pc design. It's SUPER annoying and doesn't fit any motherboard that has anything on the back.
Spring pressure dependent screws?! Whoever designed this hated their customers.
Overall Review: If you're buying this you are probably doing so to go with the gpu. It's very nice. It's very pretty and matches the gpu wonderfully. Installing it will make you want to get a sledgehammer.
