Pros: After installing the drivers, it "just works." Easy.

Cons: Installing the drivers crashed windows explorer in Windows XP, so I needed to reboot. Luckily, you only need to install the drivers once.

Overall Review: Windows XP recognizes the device without the install disk, but don't use the native XP drivers. Install the Widcomm drivers on the disk! The microsoft bluetooth stack isn't as good.

Pros: I was having trouble finding an adaptor to work with my Nokia 6255i phone. This one works fine. Long range too. Fast shipping. I got the adaptor a day before I got the UPS tracking info.

Cons: Downloaded the latest drivers from Zonet web site, and just like some other commented... the PC (Inspiron) was almost non-responsive. Booting took about 10 minutes, and my Cisco CB21 a/b/g card stopped working, even if I removed the Bluetooth adapter, and even if I uninstalled the software. Fixing the situation took unbonding the BT stick to the bridge, then reinstalling the Cisco wifi drivers. Not sure I'm going to try to reinstall the BT stick.

Pros: Long range. Solid connection thus far. Seems to have extended the bluetooth range of my Axim X30, which is a Class 2 device. This thing is tiny! Much smaller than a USB flash drive. Can't wait to get a BT headset for some wireless Skyping!

Cons: The included Widcomm software seems a bit buggy. It's old (Jun05) and unsigned by MS. Couldn't seem to connect with it. I ended up removing it after reading that SP2 includes BT support.

Overall Review: Toshiba Satellite M35 Running XP Home SP2: it's plug and play...wish I had know that before I installed it. I recommend just using the Windows drivers and skipping the Widcomm SW.

Pros: Bought this with rebate for x. Driver install just fine. No conflict with Windows' bluetooth driver as others complained about other BT dongle. Pair it with Plantronics Discovery 640 and use in Skype in my PC. Flawless. I do not have any compatibility issue. Just install and use it.

Overall Review: Call/Receive doesn't work in Skype but it's not what I want either.

Pros: Great feature set and range, at the time of purchase I dont think any other device came close to what this offered for the price. Paired with an assortment of mobile phones and headsets with ease. Small size.

Cons: First one I got came in DOA what a headache. The Zonet tech support sounded like they didnt care about my issue. Driver software corrupted a Win98SE installation. Running on XP Home SP2 and has a nasty habit of crashing explorer when navigating BT options and closing the window. I also had to update my Creative Audigy drivers since the BT audio messed something up with the sound. Most of this would be related to the Widcomm software that comes with the device but hey its one package.

Overall Review: Apart from the issues I experienced I would still recomend this device.
