Most Reliable Graphics card I have had 8/8/2020 4:38:03 PM

Pros: Looks great
Super Reliable
Got it for a great price

Cons: none

Overall Review: This card has been my lifesaver. I have a dual card system and MSI for the other card has been nothing but issues. This card meanwhile has been rock solid. I need a card for my system so whenever the MSI brand craps out I can always rely on this card which is secondary slot in the same system.

gr8t card 8/8/2019 9:09:12 PM

Pros: Revision: These cards run gr8t! I did watercool these cards .. I Highly recommend any ti model to be h2o'd.
My max temps are just under 50c under full load, Running on a single Benq 144hz 2560 x 1440p Monitor.

I use ultra settings in every game. Some games I get over 100fps. Lowest fps is on Ashes Of Singularity ... which is about 60 fps... ultra settings. These cards are well worth the buy. iMO

Cons: These cards are very heavy, I eventually bought a case that stand the cards vertically. Thermaltake 900D (Snow Edition)

Overall Review: I'd buy from zotac again, just waiting for the next gen cards... 2080Tis were not good on all brands. Heating issues. Ill wait ! these 1080 tis will be passed down to my son when I rebuild !

DO NOT BUY FROM ZOTAC EVER!!! besdies that the card is beast 12/11/2018 1:32:09 AM

Pros: Honestly, if you're buying a gtx 1080 ti it should be expected that this card will be at the very least powerful enough to play just about any game out there with a standard resolution of 1080p stable so there's really nothing much to say about this OP card as you might have already knew with your research before you even consider this card in your buying list so i wont go in too much detail about that. all i can say is that yes this card is indeed a very powerful card you. you can literally play any game or throw games these days on it and it will run very smooth at 1080p with well over 190 frps or even more in some games with maximum settings so this card is a fantastic beast card. however if you want to play 4k because that was the goal, i gotta be honest with you because it carries from person to person depending on their preference but i can say this card should be powerful enough to play any game at 4k without maximum anti-aliasing, 2x or 4x is still great but if you're competitive games then i should say that visually quality should not be your first priority but performance so like i've said, it depends on what you want but to c=put this in comparison so you can get a better picture, i will say with an honesty that this card can handle The Witcher 3 with everything maxed out including anti-aliasing very smooth at 50-60 frps stable. so it should be enough for what you're looking for but if those numbers are still low to you then consider getting the newer cards 2080 series from Nvidia, but in my opinion this card should be good enough if you're just gaming.

Cons: Now i know this card is a beast but hold on. This card may have better stats and higher number from its benchmark compare to all of the other gtx 1080 ti cards brand out there but dont let those numbers fool you, you will totally regret it if you do. if anything ever goes wrong with your ZOTAC product you are basically done, you are totally DONE no matter how much you've paid for it or how expensive it is. you can try you best searching on the web or on the phone for help, but unless you go right into their doorstep then maybe, but there is honestly no where nor a place you contact support from them at all. if you ever buy anything from ZOTAC especially when it comes to electronic parts like graphics cards, motherboards, or cpus, then i hope you know what you're doing and expect the worst later on. Contacting support from ZOTAC is almost like contacting the aliens from Alpha Centauri.

Overall Review: Buy from other brands and forget about ZOTAC so that you may never have to deal with this like many of us did. please save yourself a million trouble and dont buy from ZOTAC, or else be ready to be very stress everytime you wanna make that call for returning that DEAD graphics card that you hope you get a replacement or even just an answer anywhere.

Fantastic card! 6/17/2018 11:40:42 PM

Pros: I'll get right to the point, as I'm not much of a writer. This is the beefiest heatsink I've EVER seen on a graphics card! The temps I get on this thing are absolutely amazing! Full intensity mining, at +100core +796mem, it doesn't even go past 60c and hovers around 55c, and fans are only at about 60% to achieve this. That's at 80%TDP of course, but it still achieves full speeds and isn't declocked(is around 2100mhz, with slight drops now and again) much at all at that TDP. As far as gaming, one older game i play, with settings maxed, it was running at around 35c WITHOUT THE FANS EVEN ON! FarCry 4, max graphics @1440p, it was right at the threshold where the fans aren't even needed. Maybe was at like 44c. Now I'm sure some of the other high end cards from asus, evga, or a few others managed to use some great coolers as well. The point is that this is the cheapest card offered at the level of performance available. I am DEFINITELY a Zotac fan now, and may switch to their products exclusively because of their pricing.

Cons: The Zotac software included, Firestorm, seemed to not work as well for achieving stable overclocks compared to MSI Afterburner. Maybe I'm biased, as I've used Afterburner for 10+ years it seems(don't remember when it came out). This really isn't a con, because the program works fine. I was just unable to fine tune it as quickly as with Afterburner, and it does offer nice access to tuning the RGB lights.

Overall Review: If you are considering a 1080ti, make price your deciding factor on the cards you are looking at, because Zotac offers the absolute best card for the money, and its the cheapest high-end overclocking solution available IMO. Also wanted to point out the custom fan settings they incorporated into the card bios, as you can't change these particular things I'm about to point out. Below about 40c(not sure of the exact temperature they have it set at) the fans don't even run, and thats because this cooler is so efficient. When you do reach the threshhold of fans kicking on, they burst to maybe 110%, and then come down to whatever speed you set manually, or the stock fan profile is decent too. I haven't read their reasoning for this, but I want to say its maybe to blast some dust away? Fans are SUPER quiet too, and you will only hear them at maybe 90%+. I wanna keep singing the praises of this card so people buy it, but I'd bet not many will even read this review, so I'll shutup now. ZOTAC FAN FOR LIFE!

Great card. Turn off fan stop 6/15/2018 12:45:45 PM

Pros: I bought this card to play games at 4K resolution. I have been able to play every game I try at 4K with good frame rates.

Cons: Fan stop is bad

Overall Review: So the cards configuration utility, firestorm, needs some work. I played Hunt: showdown first on this card and after playing for 15 minutes I reached in to feel the metal back plate of the card. As my hand approached the card I could feel the heat from 8 inches away! This thing was HOT! I couldn't even touch the back plate for more than a second. At first I thought that the fans were not working. They were working but at 10%. Turns out the factory fan curves for this card let it get really hot. The firestorm app doesn't give a lot of info on how to use it. Turns out the only way to gain manual control of the fans is to turn off fan stop first. This option is hidden in the app under the LED settings....ok? It is the small arrow looking control in the LED settings. Even if this card can take the heat it puts out with fan stop on I don't recommend it because it will raise the ambient temp in your case by a lot.
