I found this box to be reliable, fast, and stable.  This is not a box for amateurs though.  Very flexible.  Not easy for novice to setup and manage.  I don't know how it compares to the Dlink though.

Newegg is going to put this on sale for $100 tomorrow...Seems like a smoking deal but I have questions that maybe more experienced Network people could advise on...
Is this something that a Home User can easily configure and is it something that would benefit a home network. My home network consists of 9 Windows 10 computers. I use a router running DD-WRT and have the SPI firewall enabled. My computers all run Kaspersky Internet Security and have the firewall enabled. However I've always throught that a dedicated firewall would be better security than what I have with DD-WRT on my router...Is this something that would increase my security or would this just add a headache and complexity? TIA
